Governance · Compliance · Brand check

Marketing you can prove.

Every check names its source, its date, and the tier it was verified at. Nothing is asserted that cannot be shown — including on this page.

We publish the report this site scores against itself. How that works

Three tiers, and the tier is published on every check

Most tools report one confidence and hope you do not ask. A check that cannot be re-run to the same answer is not verification, and we do not call it that.

Deterministic26 published
Same input, same verdict, every time — no model in the loop. This is the only tier where the word “verified” is literally true.
Bounded12 published
Formal reasoning over a bounded policy. Sound only for what the policy models, so we say “checked against”, never “guaranteed”.
Advisory4 published
Model judgement. Genuinely useful for direction, never used as a pass/fail gate.

Browse every check — source, date and tier for each.

Meet obligations you currently have no way to meet

Not a list of violations. The plan is the instrument that closes each one — consent capture, an image gate, captioned video, checked copy — and the catalogue says which of those exist yet.

  • Findings that name the rule, the source and the date Available now
  • Authorization capture for every patient image In build · phase one
  • Copy checked before it is published, not after In build · phase two

Freeze, check, generate, seal

The mechanic is deliberately boring — that is the point, it is the part you can audit. Steps 02 and 03 describe the design rather than today: the deterministic half runs now, and our own report at /proof says exactly which checks ran.

  1. 01

    Freeze

We capture the current state and hash it. The hash excludes the capture timestamp, so two runs of an unchanged site produce an identical seal — determinism you can re-run rather than take on trust.

  2. 02

    Check

Rule packs will run against the frozen state. A rule that lacks a verbatim source quote and a checked date will not load, so no finding can cite something we cannot show you. Engine in build, phase one.

  3. 03

    Generate

Where a rule fails, the instrument will produce a compliant artifact — a consent record, captioned video, checked copy. We never edit your site; you or your agency publish. Instruments in build, phases one and two.

  4. 04

    Seal

The result is sealed: what was checked, at which tier, on which date. A gate that examined nothing fails rather than passes.

What we will never tell you

A regulator fined a vendor $1M with a twenty-year order for claiming its automated system made websites compliant. The lesson was not to word it more carefully.

“ADA compliant” or “WCAG compliant”
No regulator certifies a tool. We say it reduces litigation exposure, and only where that is true.
Guaranteed compliance
No automated system can guarantee a legal outcome. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you their liability.
A ranking guarantee, or an “E-E-A-T score”
That is a human-rater calibration concept, not an algorithmic signal. Scoring it would be folklore with a number attached.
Revenue caused by a marketing change
We report what we measured, with the sample count and the interval. Causation is not ours to claim.

Start with the failure you can see

The first audit is read-only and takes nothing but a URL. If we find nothing, we will tell you that too.
