For agencies
You are the seat they are charging for
Your tooling cost scales with client count. Your price does not. We are building the opposite arrangement: you set what the client pays, and we take none of it.
The problem, in your words
“Every tool I demo is ‘$299/seat + $2k platform fee’ and I’m just sitting here like… I’m the seat.”
The suites are built for a team of twenty sellers and priced accordingly. A two-person shop running fifteen clients pays the same platform fee as a fifty-person one and gets billed again for every login. The math punishes the operator who needs the leverage most.
This matters to us for an unsentimental reason: in our own scoring the multi-client agency came out as the most winnable buyer, and each one carries between ten and thirty end practices. If the arrangement does not work for you, the motion does not work at all.
Agencies are also the harshest reviewers of this kind of output, which we treat as the point. A verification pass that survives your QA survives the practice’s lawyer.
What you get
Four things, and the honest status of each
One of these you can use on a client this week. Three are in the build plan. We label which is which here rather than in a footnote, because a page that sells verification cannot round its own status up.
A sourced audit per client
Available nowOne URL in, one report out. Every finding names the rule, quotes the source, records the date it was checked, and declares the tier it was verified at. Nothing in the report is an opinion you have to defend.
Per-client brand records
In build · phase oneA versioned record per practice: the visual half, and the verbal half — voice, claims, prohibited claims, disclaimers, and the substantiation each claim rests on. Scoped per client from the first line of the data model, so a portfolio never shares a namespace.
One console, many practices
In build · phase threeA single account holding every practice you run, with bulk audit across the portfolio rather than one URL at a time. This is the shape of the product, not the state of it. See the timing below.
A branded, resellable report
In build · phase threeYour name on the cover, our evidence underneath it: each check sealed to the source text and the date it was read, so a client who asks "how do you know" gets an answer rather than a reassurance.
How the money works
You set the client price. We take nothing from it.
We are distributing through an agency marketplace whose published developer terms are unusual, and they are the reason this page can make the offer it makes.
The marketplace bills the client and pays us our listed price. Whatever you add on top is yours in full. It does not pass through us, and we never see it.
- 0%
- Commission taken by the marketplace, verbatim from its own documentation: “We currently do not deduct any commission. You receive the entire payment from our customers.”
- No cap
- On the markup a reselling agency may add. The published reselling documentation states there are currently no restrictions on markup size.
- The word doing the work is “currently”
- That is the marketplace’s policy, not our promise, and it can change. We are taking the position while it is open and telling you it is a land-grab rather than a law. Our own bands are on the pricing page.
What stays off your plate
Three liabilities that do not become yours
- You do not touch the client’s CMS
- We produce the corrected asset. You or the practice publishes it. We hold no write credentials to a site we do not own, which removes a whole category of incident from your engagement.
- You do not warrant compliance
- Neither do we. No automated system can guarantee a legal outcome, and a vendor that said otherwise paid $1M and took a twenty-year order. What the report says is what was checked, against what source, on what date.
- You do not become the expert on medical advertising rules
- The rule corpus is ours to maintain and to cite. State board restrictions on before-and-after imagery, HIPAA marketing constraints, FTC endorsement rules: each one arrives in the report with its citation attached.
What this is not yet
White-label and the multi-client console do not exist today
There is currently no multi-tenancy and no white-label surface anywhere in the product. Not partial, not in beta: none. If you sign a client this month, you get individually delivered audits under our name, and you place them in your own deliverable yourself.
The brand record is scoped per client in the data model from the outset, so the console is an interface problem rather than a rewrite. That is the reason the date below is a plan and not a hope. It is still a plan.
- Months 1–3
- Versioned, per-client brand records. The rule corpus and the seal.
- Months 7–10
- Multi-tenancy and white-label. The agency console: many practices, bulk audit, a resellable branded report. The marketplace listing.
- The gate
- Three agencies running it against real client portfolios, and one renewal, before that phase is called done.
Working with us before then means shaping the console rather than receiving it. If that is the wrong trade for your shop right now, it is a reasonable thing to conclude, and we would rather you conclude it here than in month four.
Run it against one client first
Pick the client whose site you are least sure about. The first audit is read-only, takes nothing but a URL, and comes back with the rule, the source and the date beside every finding. If we find nothing, we will tell you that too.
