Terms
Terms of service
Draft · not yet reviewed by counsel
Drafted 2026-09-07. This is a scaffold, not an executed agreement. Where we have decided our posture, it is stated plainly below. Where we have not, the section says so instead of borrowing language that would look authoritative. Current engagements run on a signed agreement, not on this page. The claims policy is finished and does bind us.
What the service is
Settled
We run checks against marketing assets you identify, and return a report. Each finding names the rule, the source text the rule enforces, the citation, the date that text was last checked, and the verification tier the finding was produced at.
A report is evidence about specific inputs on a specific date. It is not a certification, and it is not legal advice.
What we do not do to your systems
Settled
We do not modify customer websites. We hold no credentials to them, install nothing on them, and inject no runtime script. Remediation is yours to apply, or ours to draft as a change you apply.
Audits read publicly available pages as an ordinary visitor would: no sign-in, no form submission, no attempt to reach anything behind authentication.
Your responsibilities
Partly settled
You confirm you are entitled to have the assets and domains you submit audited.
You do not send us protected health information. A Business Associate Agreement is required before we handle any, and one is not in place.
Open: Acceptable-use limits, rate limits, and the consequences of exceeding them are not drafted.
Claims and warranties
Settled in substance
Our binding statement of what we will and will not assert is the claims policy. It is not boilerplate and it survives into every report and contract.
In particular: we do not certify ADA or WCAG conformance, we do not guarantee compliance or any legal outcome, and we do not promise ranking or revenue results.
Open: The formal warranty, disclaimer, and limitation-of-liability language has to be drafted by counsel. Nothing here should be read as the final allocation of risk.
Fees, term, and termination
Open
Open: Billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and what happens to your reports after termination are undrafted.
Intellectual property
Open
Open: Ownership of your inputs, ownership of our rule packs and report format, and the licence each side grants the other need drafting.
Confidentiality
Open
Open: We do not publicly name clients. That practice is not yet written as an obligation running in both directions, and it should be.
Governing law and disputes
Open
Open: Jurisdiction and dispute process are not chosen. Pending counsel.
