Pricing

Priced by what is checked, not by who logs in

We do not have final numbers yet, and we are not going to invent one for a web page. What we can state today is how the pricing is built: no seats, no platform fee, the agency sets its own end-client price, and the first audit is read-only and costs nothing.

No per-seat pricing

Seats are the wrong unit for this work. An agency adding a coordinator does not add checks, and a practice with twelve chairs does not have twelve brand records. You are billed for what is checked and generated.

No platform fee

There is no separate charge for access, onboarding, implementation, or the privilege of having an account. If a line item does not correspond to work done on your assets, it does not exist.

The agency sets the end-client price

We price to the agency. What the agency charges its clients is the agency’s decision and we place no floor, ceiling, or disclosure requirement on it.

The first audit is read-only and costs nothing

It needs a URL. It writes nothing to your site, and it produces the same report whether or not you go on to buy anything. If we find nothing worth fixing, the report says so.

Prices are being set with design partners

We have two client engagements and we are setting the numbers against them rather than against a spreadsheet. We would rather tell you that than publish a figure we intend to change.

Two plans

Agency first, because the agency is the buyer

Both plans run the same engine, the same rule catalogue, and the same tiering. The difference is the multi-client layer, not the rigour.

Agency

Primary. Multi-client agencies and resellers.

Individually delivered audits today, priced on volume rather than seats. The multi-client console and the branded report are in build, and the list below says which is which.

Price set with design partners

No per-seat rate. No platform fee. Scoped against your volume, then written down.

Available now

  • You set the price your clients pay; we take no share of it
  • Billed on volume checked and generated, not on people with logins
  • Every finding names its source, the date it was checked, and its tier

In build — not included today

  • Per-client brand records and per-client audit history (phase one)
  • Bulk audit across every client property you manage (phase three)
  • Reports you can put your own name on (phase three)
  • One console, many practices (phase three)

Practice

Secondary. A single practice or a small multi-location group.

The same engine without the multi-client layer. For a practice buying directly rather than through an agency.

Price set with design partners

No per-seat rate. No platform fee. Scoped against your volume, then written down.

Available now

  • Findings written as the specific rule you are failing, not a category score
  • No seat count, no onboarding fee, no minimum term quoted before we have scoped the work

In build — not included today

  • One brand record across your locations (phase one)
  • Scheduled re-audits, so a passing check is a check that stayed passing (phase one)
  • Generated assets checked before they are handed to you (phase two)

Why the band is empty

The market skips the customers we are built for

This is the reason we are careful about the number. The gap between a cheap tool and an enterprise contract is not a rounding error; it is where the multi-location practice sits, and it is priced by nobody.

$20 → $890

per seat, then per month

One large marketing suite prices at roughly twenty dollars per seat until the governance features appear, then jumps to about $890 per month with a $3,000 onboarding fee attached.
$1,000

per month, then nothing

Above roughly a thousand dollars a month, the next real option is an enterprise contract. The band in between is where most multi-location practices actually live.
52%

of practices, under $2,500/mo

Growth99’s 2026 State of Aesthetic and Elective Wellness Marketing Report, published by the American Med Spa Association in January 2026, puts 52% of med spas under $2,500 a month for all marketing combined — every agency fee, every channel, every tool. Only 25% spend $5,000 or more.

Figures are taken from vendors’ own published price pages and from published industry survey data. We do not name the vendors here because the point is the shape of the market, not a comparison we would then have to keep current.

Questions

The things buyers ask before the number

What happens to our data?
An audit takes a snapshot of pages that are already publicly reachable, plus whatever assets you deliberately give us. That snapshot is what every finding is derived from, which is why we keep it rather than re-fetching a page that may have changed. Practice sites in this vertical can contain identifiable patient photographs, which are protected health information, so our Business Associate posture and a retention policy are being settled with counsel before we hold practice assets at scale. We would rather say that plainly than publish a privacy claim we cannot yet stand behind.
Do you touch our website?
No. The audit is read-only. It requests your pages the way any visitor would and writes nothing back. There is no plugin, no injected script, no overlay, and no DNS change. Nothing we do can take your site down, because nothing we do reaches it with anything but a GET request.
What does “verified” mean here?
It is a tier, not a compliment. A deterministic check gives the same verdict on the same input every time with no model involved, and that is the only tier where we use the word verified. A bounded check reasons over a policy we have written down, so it says checked against, never guaranteed. An advisory check is model judgement and is never used as a pass or fail gate. Every check in the catalogue carries its tier in public.
What is not included?
We do not fix your website for you, we do not act as your agency, and we do not give legal advice. We do not certify anything, because no regulator certifies a tool: a passing report reduces litigation exposure where the underlying rule is one a plaintiff would cite, and it does nothing at all for the rules we do not check. Media spend, photography, and the human judgement calls a marketer makes are outside the product.
Can we leave and take our brand record with us?
Yes. The brand record exports as a file. The visual half uses the Design Tokens Community Group format, which is an open specification we did not write, so it opens in tools that have nothing to do with us. The verbal half — voice, claim constraints, prohibited claims, disclaimers, substantiation references — uses a schema of ours that we publish alongside the export. Whether that schema becomes a public standard is an open decision; whether you can take your data is not.
How is the bill actually calculated?
On volume: properties audited, assets checked, assets generated. The exact rates are what we are setting with design partners now. When they are fixed they will be published on this page, in full, with no hidden onboarding line.

Start with the failure you can see

The first audit is read-only and takes nothing but a URL. If we find nothing, we will tell you that too.
