← Check catalogue
AD-DISCLOSURE-POSDeterministiclegally required
Disclosures are placed where they will actually be read
What the source requires
Disclosures placed at the end of a post, in a bio only, behind a “more” link, or buried among hashtags do not satisfy the requirement.
Why this is hard to satisfy
Social tools do not check placement, and posts are written by hand under time pressure.
What we do about it
Character-offset check on the composed post before it is published.

What this tier means
Same input, same verdict, every time — no model in the loop. This is the only tier where the word “verified” is literally true.
