Review requests do not pay for a sentiment
What the source requires
Compensation may not be offered in exchange for, or conditioned on, a review expressing a particular sentiment. Asking for a review is permitted; asking for a good one and paying for it is not.
Why this is hard to satisfy
A discount offered for a five-star review is standard front-desk practice and reads as ordinary hospitality, so nobody recognises it as the conduct the rule names. The line falls between "leave us a review" and "leave us a five-star review" — one word apart, and only one of them is lawful.
What we do about it
Review solicitation copy is checked before it is printed, posted or scripted, and the sentiment condition is removed rather than the incentive.

What this tier means
Same input, same verdict, every time — no model in the loop. This is the only tier where the word “verified” is literally true.
