Staff testimonials disclose the relationship

What the source requires

A testimonial from an officer, manager, employee or agent must carry a clear and conspicuous disclosure of that relationship, unless it is already obvious to the reader.

Why this is hard to satisfy

Practices publish staff experiences of their own treatments as patient testimonials because the staff genuinely had the treatment. The relationship is real, material, and invisible on the page.

What we do about it

Testimonials carry their provenance in the governance record, so a staff testimonial cannot be published without its disclosure attached.

What this tier means

Formal reasoning over a bounded policy. Sound only for what the policy models, so we say “checked against”, never “guaranteed”.
