Kansas prohibits advertising professional superiority
What the source requires
Kansas names it as unprofessional conduct to advertise "professional superiority or the performance of professional services in a superior manner". Unlike Missouri, which permits a superiority claim that the licensee can substantiate, Kansas states the prohibition without a substantiation escape.
Why this is hard to satisfy
Superlatives are the default register of aesthetic marketing — best, premier, leading, most advanced. A Kansas practice using the same copy as a Missouri practice across the state line is in a different position, and nothing on the page signals that.
What we do about it
Literal match for superiority constructions, reported with the statute's wording. Worth reading alongside the Missouri rule, which addresses the same copy on a different test.

What this tier means
Same input, same verdict, every time — no model in the loop. This is the only tier where the word “verified” is literally true.
