Every patient image has a live authorization
What the source requires
A separate written authorization is required for each use of a patient image in marketing.
Why this is hard to satisfy
Authorizations live on paper or nowhere. There is no link from a published photograph back to a consent, and no way to prove one existed at the time of publication.
What we do about it
Branded authorization capture, timestamped and revocable per asset. Publication is refused when no live authorization matches the image.
